Fundamentals of the Reformed Faith

1.

The Word of God set forth in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments is the only infallible rule of faith and practice. The word of God cannot be added to nor taken away from.

2.

Salvation is by God's free and sovereign grace through faith alone. Not of works lest any man should boast.

3.

The Lord Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, sole Mediator between God and man, the Head and Saviour of His Church, the heir of all things and the Judge of the World.

4.

Confession of Sin is to God alone, through Jesus Christ: and that pardon is freely bestowed and applied by the Holy Spirit to every repenting sinner.

5.

Genuine Christian faith will be displayed in a life of obedience to the Word of God and a Christ-likeness of character. Though good works are not the procuring cause of Salvation or any of its blessings, yet they are the necessary fruit and effect of being saved.

6.

Faithful Testimony for God and His Truth against every form of evil and error ought to be made at all times and in all places.
